
Anish Roy
Anish is an organizational and behaviour change expert. Combining insights from technology, economics, organizational change, and business strategy helps leaders with organizational change, leadership development, and culture building. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in mechanical engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. A master’s in Organisation development, change and leadership from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, other masters’ in economics from IGNOU, New Delhi. He studied business strategy and consulting at Imperial Business school, London. His master’s dissertation was on the role of Cultural intelligence and collaboration in organization team effectiveness.
He has worked with organizations like Fidelity National Information Services, Larsen & Toubro, Aditya Birla Group, and Essel group on projects like Mentoring, Human behaviour change and communication plans, Developing a learning culture etc. He started his professional career as an Assistant Manager in Nayara Energy (formerly known as Essar oil ltd) in 2014. In 2020, he worked with Toyota forklift’s COO. He has recently volunteered as a Principal investigator for the International Socioeconomics Laboratory, where he supervised a team of undergrad interns and led behaviour change research aimed at California Post-COVID19 Pandemic Behaviour Changes.
